Bluff to Moab
The route from Bluff to Moab is straight up UT191. It's not a terrible drive and it's not very long. The closer you get to Moab, the steeper the ups and downs get. There are some pretty good descents, so it's good to be on the brakes before going over. The closer you get to Moab, the prettier it gets, as well.
