Grumble

It's a dark and stormy night in Ye Olde Pueblo.  Oh wait, it's raining everywhere but here.  It's like the gods sprayed this area with Rain-X.  Among so many other things, it's just depressing.

I do not have the will to write a coherent post.  The orange wombat, the continuing murders of Black people, and the death of Chadwick Boseman have all conspired to drain the life force from me.

  1. I understand, I am right there with you. A nice downpour would be cleansing and balancing in the face of all of this despair.

  2. Exactly what Linda Sue said...I am right there with you. Four days of constant televised lying and flagrant law breaking almost did me in. I find solace in the cool green or the forest. Maybe a day trip to Madera Canyon is in order. Monday's weather looks to be rainy and a cool 76 degrees. Take your slicker and hike in the rain! xox

  3. I was hoping that you got some of the rain that Phoenix got yesterday. Hopefully it helped with the fires and not started more. I don't watch "him" anymore. Never. Just can't.

  4. There are a lot of bad vibes out there right now. At least you have some interesting skies, even if they're not rainy.

  5. America is at the precipice. The orange moron continues to push us over the edge with a lack of leadership and, in fact by his words and deeds, encourages the racists and armed crazies.

  6. I've visited other climates, but never lived in one long. I wonder how I would do in a desert.
We need to fast forward to November 4 and be past this.
