Tour de Phoenix outcomes

This is our friend Dave, the wearer of the Fast Old Guys bicycle jersey. He signed up for El Tour de Phoenix, which was held Saturday. Dave was riding in a huge pace line (literally hundreds of riders) for the first 25 miles, at speeds in the area of 55 kph. When the paceline fragmented on a hill, he found himself in a smaller, and you'd think safer, group. But noooooooo, two riders in front of him went down, and so did he.


Dave has road rash, but thanks to his helmet, he still has all of his marbles.
