Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died today.  She was a giant among people and we will miss her terribly.

March 15, 1933- September 18, 2020

NPR has an excellent summary of her life here.  I did not think it would be possible, but 2020 just got worse.

  1. She was admirable. A lady in all the ways and yet a warrior for what she believed. I especially admire how, in such divisive times she and Scalia were good friends despite such different ideas on what should be done. She fought to the end and is an example to young women today.

  5. I never thought I would shed actual tears for a Supreme Court Justice. But it's not just about the loss of a woman I found so inspiring and held in such high regard. I am also grieving for the hate, bullying, and cesspool of unfairness we are about to be dragged through. This year, I swear!
