ReplyDeleteI've read several other reports on this. Incompetence doesn't even begin to cover it. These self important cosplayers are using Signal on purpose instead of the secure government server because they want to hide what they're doing. Signal deletes after a week or three. The government server keeps all communications intact. And these conversations shouldn't even be happening on the gov't server but in person in a secure room.
